Lovely stop on the way to north Wales from south Coast, think we were only the second champing guests to use it.
Met by Vera who was most welcoming to the church.
Ate dinner in The Plough and met locals in The Crown over a nightcap where we also booked bacon sarnies for the morning.
The rising sunlight through the blue glass in the morning was spectacular.
The 24 hour quarterly peel took some getting use to by me, but perhaps because I can’t hear my own church bells at home, my travelling companion didn’t notice them.
Perhaps a small fridge for chilled produce would be of benefit.
A super visit, we thoroughly enjoyed the experience and look forward to trying another site later in the year.
