A beautiful 16th century church which can be hard to find without a sat nav! Lovely, plain interior with a very peaceful feeling to it when inside and a beautiful churchyard to wander in outside. The church mice left it well supplied with tea, coffee etc and all felt very welcoming. A little more of a challenge to stay more than one night due to the lack of a sink for teeth brushing etc, but I’m sure that children and less mature adults (me) will be fascinated by the separating toilet! Take stout clothing and a good sleeping bag as it is a cold stone building. The most important thing is that it is a very quiet place and those looking for a spiritual place to reflect on or connect with God will find it here. Thank you St Leonards.
